Because every Snatcchd product is custom-made just for you, we’re only able to accept returns if the item arrives damaged. If this happens, please share a clear unboxing video showing the package as it was received and the condition of the product when opened. This helps us verify the issue and process your return or refund quickly.

Eligibility for Return

To request a return due to damage or quality issues:

• You must provide an unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon arrival within 24 hours of product delivery.

• The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or has a quality issue. The unboxing video is mandatory for us to assess the claim and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items without the required unboxing video

• Items damaged after delivery

• Sale items or gift cards
  

• Custom or Personalised items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order once your refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
